At DigiVert, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your electronics purchase, we offer the following Refund and Returns policy. Please read the policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Condition of Item: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used software and digital products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery
2. Process for Returns
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@vergopos.com within 30 days of purchase the product or you can initiate return request on our website also.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs as per actuals.
- Packing: Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent damage during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned item is received and processed.
- Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a condition that suggests it has been used or is not in its original packaging, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may apply for opened or used items.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
- If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures/Video of the damage or defect. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Warranty
- Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, please refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines and contact the manufacturer directly. If you need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.
7. Cancellation of Orders
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund for the full amount.
- After Shipment: If the item has already shipped, you must initiate a return according to our standard returns process.
